The Fleet Reserve Association (FRA) is a nonprofit organization comprised of sea service enlisted personnel (active duty, reserve, retired and veterans) of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard.

Membership in the FRA is open to enlisted personnel of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard, regular or reserve, active duty, retired and veterans. Commissioned officers of the three Sea Services with one day of prior enlisted service are also eligible. for membership. FRA is Congressionally Chartered by the United States Congress, accredited with the Board of Correction for Naval Records, the Physical Evaluation Board, the Physical Review Council, the Defense Finance and Accounting Service, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.
